WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Silent Mammoth and HERO Mammoth come in size small and large. These are based on the distance from the tip of your nose to the back of the nose (where your nostril creases)
If you measure 0.85"/23 mm or LESS, order a small
If you measure 0.9"/24 mm or MORE, order a large
HOW DO I USE SILENT MAMMOTH?
Putting in your new nasal dilator is easy. First, wash your hands! Then grasp by the center section, put the small curves near the tip of your nose, and rotate up and in. It should seat comfortably in the tip of your nose, and settle into the narrow part of your nostrils. If visuals are more your thing, click HERE for a video.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
We recommend changing out your Silent every 60 days, after an illness, or if you notice any breaks or tears in the silicone coating.
HOW DO I USE HERO MAMMOTH?
Silent Mammoth (the part you put into your nose, to help you breathe better by opening your airways) is washable (hot soapy water) and reusable. We recommend washing it after every use, letting it dry, and then storing it in the tin it comes in.
ARE THESE REALLY COMFORTABLE?
Yes! Silent is fully adjustable to each individual nose, and after a while, you'll forget it's there!
